为推进航空企业数字化建设进程,满足中国大型客机研制对数字化建设需求,在对已有开放式飞机总体设计系统分析的基础上,梳理和定义了大型客机总体综合设计系统的定位和软硬件架构,设计了大型客机单个设计任务的数据组织逻辑和代码组织逻辑。以此为基础,系统性地研究,并实现了面向大型客机的翼面类部件、机身类部件、客舱、货舱、起落架、机翼结构及整体油箱、风挡等部件的参数化建模方法。考察了大型客机总体设计中分析软件及各类优化框架系统的应用特点及使用现状,设计了大型客机总体设计中各类分析工具的分层次集成与优化应用策略。若干设计实例说明了本文系统及其相关方法是有效的、可靠的。
In order to promote the process of digitalization of aviation enterprises and meet the demand of digital construction for the development of large passenger aircraft in China, based on the analysis of the existing open aircraft overall design system, the positioning and hardware and software architecture of the general integrated design system for large passenger aircraft are summarized and defined. The data organization logic and code organization logic of a single large passenger aircraft design task are designed. Based on this, the parametric modeling method of airfoil, fuselage parts, cabin, cargo hold, landing gear, wing structure, integral fuel tank and windshield are all systematically researched and realized. . The application features and current situation of analysis software and various optimization frame systems in the overall design of large passenger aircraft are investigated. The hierarchical integration and optimization strategies of various analytical tools in the general design of large passenger aircraft are designed. Several design examples illustrate that the system and its related methods are effective and reliable.
