绒毛浆要求绒毛浆板干起绒时纤维之间弱的结合力且绒毛浆纤维具备干蓬松度高、吸收性能良好的特点。以马尾松漂白浆为原料,研究超声波预处理后纤维素纤维的形态以及不同功率超声波预处理对纤维吸收性、保水值及结合强度等的影响。结果表明,超声波打浆预处理后,随着处理功率的增加,纤维保水值增加了7.06%,吸收性增加了26.90%;纤维零距抗张强度最大降低了11.56%,内结合强度增加了21.22%。超声波打浆预处理空化作用更有利于纤维发生内部细纤维化,纤维吸收性能得到明显改善,该预处理方式可以作为绒毛浆制备过程中的一种预处理工艺。
Fluff pulp requirements when dry fluff pulp board between the weak combination of fiber and fluff pulp fibers have fluffy dry bulk, good absorption properties. Masson pine bleached pulp was used as raw material to study the morphology of cellulose fibers after ultrasonic pretreatment and the effects of different power ultrasonic pretreatment on fiber absorption, water retention and bonding strength. The results showed that after ultrasonic beating pretreatment, the water retention value increased by 7.06% and the absorbency increased by 26.90% with the increase of treatment power, the maximum zero fiber tensile strength decreased 11.56% and the internal bond strength increased by 21.22% . Ultrasonic beating pretreatment cavitation is more conducive to the internal fiber fibrillation, fiber absorption performance has been significantly improved, the pretreatment method can be used as fluff pulp preparation process of a pretreatment process.
