我们铁岭市银州区自1988年开办刊授党校以来,已走过十个春秋,共培养学员1451人,其中毕业学员560人。这些学员正在用自己所学到的知识和本领为我区的经济建设服务,发挥了巨大的潜能,充分体现着刊授党校在我们地区的党员教育和干部培训工作中不可替代的作用。回顾几年来的办学历程,我们惑到,要想办好刊授党校,就必须有一个好的领导,有较大的办学规模,有严谨的管理手段。一、提高认识,强化领导,为办好刊授党校提供组织保证多年的办学实践,使我们区委一班人深刻认识到,以刊授党校为载体开展培训,是为基层培养在职和后备干部以及各类生产实用技术人才的有效途径,是投资少、见效快、实用性强、深受广大基层干部和群众欢迎的办学形式,是实现强区富民战略目标的一个培养人才的基地。因此,区委把刊授党校工作纳入了重要日程,把他作为加强基层党组织建设的战略任务来抓,强化了领导。一是落实了领导机构,成立了由区委副书记为顾问,常委、组织部长为校长,副部长为副校长的分校领导班子。同时,组织部配
