资产剥离对湖北农行的意义是不言而喻的,剥离200亿不良资产相当于全行40年的贷款清收总量。资产剥离后的信贷资产质量怎样、未来走势如何、剥离后信贷工作怎么办,是全行上下关心的热点问题,也是本文研究的主要内容。为此,我们对部分支行进行了调查分析,对全省剥离后常规贷款总体进行了剖析研究,基本结论是:资产剥离后湖北农行信贷资产质量仍然较差,在全国仍处于最差等次;不良贷款在一定时期内将回升反弹,反映不实、老贷新死、新贷新死问题仍是全省信贷资产质量实现根本好转的关键所在,信贷经营将越来越困难。要彻底走出困境,湖北农行必须彻底端正经营思想,立足长远调整信贷结构,强化集权控制,坚持集约经营,加强存量管理和清收盘活,力争用两到三年时间完成管
The significance of asset divestiture to Hubei Agricultural Bank is self-evident. Therefore, we conducted a survey and analysis of some branches and analyzed the general loans of the province after the divestiture. The basic conclusion is that the quality of credit assets of Hubei ABC is still poor after the assets are stripped, and is still the worst in the whole country. Non-performing loans will rebound in a certain period of time, reflecting the reality, the new loans to death, the new credit is still the problem of the quality of credit assets in the province to fundamentally improve the key lies, credit management will be more and more difficult. To completely get out of the dilemma, Hubei Agricultural Bank must be completely correct business thinking, based on the long-term adjustment of credit structure, strengthen centralized control, adhere to intensive management, strengthen stock management and liquidation, and strive to use two to three years to complete the tube
