“机电一体化”(Mechatronics)这个名词起源于日本。机电一体化技术是企业信息化的重要支撑技术,是矿山综合自动化的基础。随着科学技术的发展,各种技术相互融合的趋势将越来越明显,机电一体化技术的广阔发展前景也将越来越光明。它在煤矿采、掘、运装备的应用和推广,极大地提升了我国煤矿生产的综合实力,为实现高效、安全、洁净、结构优化的煤炭工业生产打下了扎实的基础。本文介绍了我国煤矿机电一体化技术的发展现状,对机电一体化技术在煤矿中的应用进行阐述,并对其未来发展进行分析。
The term “Mechatronics” originated in Japan. Mechatronics technology is an important supporting enterprise information technology, is the foundation of integrated automation. With the development of science and technology, the convergence of various technologies will become more and more obvious. The broad prospects for the development of mechatronics technology will also become more and more bright. Its application and promotion of mining, digging and transporting equipment in coal mines has greatly enhanced the overall strength of coal mines in China and laid a solid foundation for the coal industry to achieve efficient, safe, clean and structural optimization. This paper introduces the development of China’s coal mine electromechanical integration technology, describes the application of mechatronics in coal mines, and analyzes its future development.
