目的分析静压坩埚项目过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,确定职业病危害关键控制点。方法在查阅建设项目原有资料基础上,采用现场调查、检验检测、职业健康检查等方法,对该建设项目中产生和存在的职业病危害因素进行识别和分析。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有矽尘、石墨粉尘、其他粉尘、丙烯酸、一氧化碳、高温、噪声、工频电场。现场检测表明,配料区、混料破碎区、等静压压制区岗位粉尘游离二氧化硅含量在11.2%~14.5%之间,粉尘总尘时间加权平均浓度在0.5~12.8 mg/m3之间,超标率为83.3%;呼吸性粉尘时间加权平均浓度在0.32~4.26 mg/m3之间,超标率为66.7%;各岗位噪声强度在69.4~88.1 d B(A)之间,超标率为28.6%;其他检测项目未超过国家职业接触限值。结论该项目为职业病危害严重建设项目,噪声和粉尘是该项目职业病危害关键控制点。
Objective To analyze the hazard factors of occupational diseases and their harmfulness in the hydrostatic crucible project, and to determine the key control points of occupational hazards. Methods Based on the original data of construction projects, the methods of on-the-spot investigation, inspection and occupational health examination were adopted to identify and analyze the occupational hazards that occurred and existed in the construction project. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in this project are silica dust, graphite dust, other dust, acrylic acid, carbon monoxide, high temperature, noise and power frequency electric field. The on-site tests showed that the content of free silica in the dust in the batching area, mixed material crushing area and isostatic pressing area was between 11.2% and 14.5%, and the time-weighted average concentration of dust and total dust was between 0.5 and 12.8 mg / m3. The over-standard rate was 83.3%. The time-weighted average concentration of respiratory dust was between 0.32 and 4.26 mg / m3 with the over-standard rate of 66.7%. The noise intensity of each post was between 69.4-88.1 d B (A) ; Other test items did not exceed the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. Noise and dust are the key control points of occupational hazards of the project.
