新课程的实施,把新观念、新课程标准、新教材呈现到了我们教师的面前,这是时代馈赠给我们广大教师的丰厚礼物。在新课程改革实践中,我积极尝试用新的理念指导自己的日常教学,关注自己教学生命的成长,在学习与实践中探索如何建构丰富多彩而又高效的课堂,使教师在学习中实践,使学生在体验中学习,让教师走下讲台,成为幕后的导演和课堂的参与者,让学生变成舞台上的主角,成为学习的主人,从而真正把课堂还给学生,为学生提供进步、发展的快乐空间。
