文章重点地对3NB—900三缸单作用泥浆泵的基本参数、动力端与液力端的研制等分别进行了论述。在基本参数的选择方面,通过对比分析,论述了不配备灌注泵和“自然吸入”的观点,确定了该泵的冲程和泵速;在动力端,根据三缸单作用泵各机件的单向受力的特点,扩大了对3NB—900三缸单作用泵零部件的使用范围。同时,对泵的被动轴采用了直轴加三个偏心轮的设计方案,为三缸泵曲轴的加工工艺提供了良好条件;在液力端,加强了对密封结构的效能研制,尽可能满足现场工人的期望。对3NB—900三缸单作用泵的工业性试验所取得的技术经济指标表示满意。实践表明,大功率、高泵压的三缸单作用泥浆泵是实现高压喷射钻井工艺的关键性设备,该设备在实验过程中,经受了比较周全地考验。文章对3NB—900三缸单作用泥浆泵的技术性能以及存在的某些问题作了介绍。
