目的:建立HPLC法测定复方二氧化钛乳膏中水杨酸苯酯的含量。方法:采用Zorbax SB C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(78∶22)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为308 nm,柱温为25℃。结果:水杨酸苯酯在59.460~198.200μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 5);平均回收率为101.84%,(RSD=0.64%,n=9);3批复方二氧化钛乳膏中水杨酸苯酯的含量分别为107.7%、107.5%、109.8%。结论:该方法简便快捷,准确、灵敏,专属性强,适用于复方二氧化钛乳膏中水杨酸苯酯的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of phenyl salicylate in compound titanium dioxide cream. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol-water (78:22) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 on a Zorbax SB C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 308 nm and a column temperature of 25 ℃. Results: The linear range of phenyl salicylate was 59.460 ~ 198.200μg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 5). The average recovery was 101.84% (RSD = 0.64%, n = 9) The content of phenyl salicylate in square titanium dioxide cream was 107.7%, 107.5% and 109.8% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and specific. It is suitable for the determination of phenyl salicylate in compound titanium dioxide cream.
