车载钻机具有搬迁转场方便快捷、钻机起塔和调平操作简单等特点。液压系统的应用可大幅度缩短辅助时间,满足钻井施工优质、高效、快速的要求。过高的塔高和天轮油缸过快的运动速度导致了卷扬中心自动对中困难和钻机整体摇摆的问题。本文针对该问题进行了故障分析,简介了液压系统工作原理,指出了液压系统设计存在的不足及故障产生的原因,提出了溢流阀比例调速的液压系统改进方案并实施。通过试验验证了改进措施的正确性和有效性。
Car drilling rig has the advantages of easy and quick transfer of transition, drilling tower and leveling operation is simple and so on. Hydraulic system can greatly shorten the auxiliary time to meet the drilling requirements of high quality, efficiency and speed. Excessive tower height and too fast moving speed of the tanker lead to the difficulty of automatic centering of the hoisting center and the overall sway of the drilling rig. This article has carried on the breakdown analysis to this question, has introduced the hydraulic system principle of work, has pointed out the hydraulic system design existing shortage and the breakdown reason, proposed the relief valve proportional speed the hydraulic system improvement plan and carries on. The correctness and effectiveness of the improvement measures are verified through experiments.
