研究AZ31镁合金化学成膜工艺及配方,应用扫描电镜(SEM)、膜层测厚仪、粗糙度仪、结合力测试仪及盐雾试验箱等仪器对所制备出的膜层的表面和截面形貌、粗糙度、结合力、耐蚀性进行测试和分析。结果表明,在此工艺配方下所获得的膜层性能优良,表面光滑细腻,膜层比基体的耐蚀性有较大幅度提高,具有生产实际应用价值。
The chemical filming process and formulation of AZ31 magnesium alloy were studied. The surface and cross section of the prepared film were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), film thickness gauge, roughness tester, adhesion tester and salt spray chamber, Morphology, roughness, adhesion, corrosion resistance test and analysis. The results show that the film obtained under the process recipe has excellent performance, smooth and delicate surface, and the corrosion resistance of the film layer is greatly improved than that of the matrix, which has the practical application value.
