激励是学生建立自信的基础,自信是学生获得成功的必要条件,成功又是学生积极进取的动力之源。本文通过当代教育中存在的种种误区来唤醒教师运用扬长避短,扬长促短的激励机制从学生个体出发,采用分层教育来树立体育差生对学习的自信心,让差生也发现自身的价值,由此恢复追求成功的自信,从而达到以健康教育为宗旨的终身体育的思想。
Motivation is the foundation for students to build self-confidence, self-confidence is a necessary condition for students to succeed, and success is the source of motivation for students to make progress. In this paper, all kinds of misunderstandings exist in contemporary education to arouse teachers’ motivation to avoid weaknesses and promote short-sightedness. Based on the individual students, stratification education is used to establish the self-confidence of poor students in learning so that poor students can find their own value. Restore the confidence of the pursuit of success, so as to achieve the health education for the purpose of lifelong sports thought.
