目的:评价目前市场上首乌藤饮片的质量及现行质量标准的可行性。并深入探讨导致市售首乌藤饮片二苯乙烯苷含量普遍低于中国药典标准的原因。方法:依照2015年版《中国药典(一部)》方法对市售首乌藤饮片二苯乙烯苷含量进行测定,并将性状、水分、总灰分、浸出物、含量各个结果进行分析验证。采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Shimadzu VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,其他色谱条件与2015年版《中国药典》相应项下相同。结果:经检验首乌藤共168批次,含量低于限度的有92批,经分析,含量低于限度的主要因素经分析有栽培种植问题、炮制不规范等。结论:市场上首乌藤饮片质量较差,需加大市场监督检查力度。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of the Shouwu Dang Pieces on the market and the feasibility of the current quality standards. The reasons for the lowering of the content of stilbene glycosides in the commercially available Shouwu Dang pieces were generally lower than the Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards. METHODS: The content of stilbene glucoside in Shouwutou Pieces was measured according to the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Part 1), and the results of traits, moisture, total ash, extracts, and contents were analyzed and verified. The chromatographic column was a Shimadzu VP-ODS (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column by HPLC. The other chromatographic conditions were the same as those of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. RESULTS: A total of 168 batches of Radix Polygoni multiflori were examined. There were 92 batches that contained less than the limit. After analysis, the main factors that were below the limit were analysis of planting and cultivation problems, and the processing was not standardized. Conclusion: The quality of Shouwu Dingyi Pieces on the market is poor, and it is necessary to increase the market supervision and inspection.
