选拔任用干部要坚持群众公认的原则,是邓小平党建思想的一个重要内容,也是我们党的干部工作必须坚持的一项基本原则。如何在干部工作中正确贯彻群众公认原则,如何在方法上、制度上保证这项原则得到有效的贯彻落实,是我们在工作实践中亟待解决的重要问题。
The principle of selecting and appointing cadres to uphold the public recognition is an important part of Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on party building and is also a basic principle that our party’s cadre work must uphold. How to correctly implement the principle of public recognition in the work of cadres and how to ensure that this principle is implemented effectively in terms of methods and systems is an important issue to be solved urgently in our work practice.
