在国家大力发展职业教育的政策背景下,我国民办高等职业院校呈现快速发展的良好态势,但发展中也逐渐暴露出员工离职倾向明显、人才流失严重等种种问题,作为人力资源管理中的重要一环,合理的薪酬体系的构建显得尤为必要。本文以W职业学院为例,对现有薪酬体系进行了优化设计,从而达到充分实现其激励作用的目的。

In this paper, W Vocational College as an example, the existing pay system optimization design, so as to achieve the full realization of its incentive role.
