目的探讨爱母牌MCu功能性宫内节育器的避孕效果及副反应发生情况。方法2004年1月至2008年12月对338例自愿要求避孕的育龄妇女放置爱母牌MCu功能性宫内节育器。术后于1、3、6、12个月按时随访,观察避孕效果及副反应。结果观察12个月无脱环者,累计脱环率为0;2例带器妊娠,带器妊娠率为0.59%;因症取出3例,因症取出率为0.89%。观察12个月继续使用率为98.52%。主要副反应为月经量多及经期延长。结论爱母牌MCu宫内节育器具有安全、抗生育效果好、脱环率及副反应发生率低、继续使用率高和操作简单的特点。
Objective To explore the contraceptive effects and side effects of IUD MCu functional IUD. METHODS: From January 2004 to December 2008, 338 women with child-bearing age who volunteered for contraception were placed with MCu functional IUD. Follow-up was performed on the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 12th months after operation to observe the contraceptive effect and side effects. The results observed 12 months without delamination, the cumulative rate of 0; 2 cases of pregnancy, with a pregnancy rate of 0.59%; removal of three cases due to illness, the removal rate was 0.89%. Observed 12 months of continued use of 98.52%. The main side effects of menstrual flow and menstrual prolongation. Conclusion The MCu IUD is safe, has good anti-fertility effect, low rate of side-cycle and side effects, high utilization rate and simple operation.
