伴随网络技术的飞速发展,新媒体以其互动性、海量性和传播迅速等特点挤占传统媒体主流地位的同时,也带来一些社会管理问题。边沁的圆形监狱理论,根据可视原则,将犯人安置在仅对监视者可见,却不与之发生接触的环境中。在该系统内,监视者即使不出现,监督机制依然有效运作。本文旨在通过诠释圆形监狱理论的内涵,剖析当前网络新闻管理体系存在的问题,由圆形监狱理论透视我国网络新闻管理体系,探索网络新闻管理的规范发展。
With the rapid development of network technology, new media, with its interactive features, massiveness and rapid dissemination, occupy the mainstream status of traditional media as well as bring about some social management problems. Bentham’s circular prison theory, based on the principle of visualization, places prisoners in an environment that is visible to the monitor but not in contact with them. In this system, the supervisory mechanism still functions effectively even if the supervisor does not appear. The purpose of this paper is to interpret the connotation of circular prison theory and analyze the existing problems in the current network news management system. From the perspective of circular prison theory, we can see our country’s network news management system and explore the normative development of network news management.
