研制出一种直接注入 (DirectInjection)方式的 12 8× 12 8元红外焦平面CMOS读出电路。其中 ,采用了相关双采样电路 ,使信噪比明显提高。对电路方案进行了计算机仿真。实验结果表明 ,读出电路的动态范围≥ 74dB ,功耗≤ 5mW。
A 12 8 × 12 8-element infrared focal plane CMOS readout circuit is developed by direct injection. Among them, using the relevant double sampling circuit, the signal to noise ratio improved significantly. Computer simulation of the circuit scheme.
