前期准备、实施过程和工程收尾三个阶段的现场标准化管控实践。近年来,中建钢构承接了一批以钢结构为主体的EPC总承包项目,本文即以上海友好城市公园项目为例,探讨钢结构总承包项目的现场管理标准化。该项目总建筑面积29160平方米,项目主要内容为1#~5#楼地上结构、电气、安装、钢结构、幕墙、屋面等。项目从前期准备、实施过程和工程收尾三个阶段进行了标准化管控,取得了较好的效果。 On-site standardization and control practice in three stages: preparation, implementation and completion. This article takes Shanghai Friendship City Park Project as an example to discuss the standardization of on-site management of steel structure general contracting projects. The project carried out standardized management and control from the three stages of pre-preparation, implementation and project completion, and achieved good results.
