目的 观察云南昭通产苦丁茶总苷及 3种配糖体即阿克苷、紫茎女贞苷A和B对脂质过氧化的影响。方法 用Fe2 + 半胱氨酸反应系统产生超氧自由基激发大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化 ;Cu2 + 诱导人血浆低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)氧化修饰以及静脉注射四氧嘧啶引发小鼠自由基损伤。结果 3种配糖体显著降低微粒体脂质过氧化产物MDA水平、延长LDL氧化修饰的延迟时间 (lagtime) ,总苷能显著降低小鼠血清及肝脏MDA升高水平。结论 苦丁茶总苷及 3种配糖体具有抗脂质过氧化作用。
Objective To observe the effects of total glucosides of Kudingcha and three kinds of glycosides, ie, aglucoside and schizoside A and B, on the lipid peroxidation in Yunnan Zhaotong. Methods Superoxide free radicals generated by Fe2 + cysteine reaction system were used to stimulate lipid peroxidation of rat liver microsomes; Cu2 + induced oxidative modification of human plasma low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and intravenous injection of alloxan induced mouse freedom Base damage. Results The three glycosides significantly reduced the MDA level of microsomal lipid peroxidation products and prolonged the lagtime of the oxidation modification of LDL. Total glycosides could significantly reduce the serum and liver MDA levels in mice. Conclusion The total glucosides of Kudingcha and three glycosides have anti-lipid peroxidation effects.
