黄鳝(Monopterus albus)是一种重要的淡水经济鱼类,其肉质细嫩、营养丰富,具有较高的食用和药用价值。养殖生产过程中有3种体色较为常见:深黄大斑鳝、浅黄细斑鳝和青灰鳝。现有研究表明该3种体色黄鳝的生长速度、繁殖力和适应能力、养殖效果等均存在明显差异。为了了解形成不同体色黄鳝的原因,以期有效地利用黄鳝资源、提高黄鳝养殖品种的品质和黄鳝养殖的经济效益,详细论述了黄鳝体色的形成机理、影响因素、研究现状及其研究前景。
Monopterus albus is an important freshwater economic fish that is delicate and nutritious with high food and medicinal value. Breeding production process has three kinds of body color is more common: dark yellow spotted eel, pale yellow eel and green eel. The existing research shows that the three kinds of color eel growth rate, fecundity and adaptability, breeding effect, there are significant differences.
