To write this essay, memorization pulled me back to the fall of Pace University. The first time to school, not school, with uneasy mood, arrived in New York a few days in advance, in order to earlier “check out ”. The campus is very different from what I imagined because I was in the center of the city and next to Wall Street. The campus I was studying was exactly just a few large teaching buildings. Today, Shanghai New York University seems to be that style. After entering the lobby of the main building, there is a guard in the hallway to check the student’s ID (identification number) or temporary ID. I remember when the pestle in front of that little table is a black brother, so sturdy stature, really scared a scared. Later, familiar with all the security, and then one or two particularly friendly, and occasionally say hello to hug.
