国际经验表明,制造业的转型升级离不开生产性服务业的支撑。然而,山东烟台生产性服务业的发展已经成为制造业转型升级的瓶颈,严重制约了烟台制造业未来的产业竞争力。因此,应采取切实可行的措施,加快烟台生产性服务业的发展。 International experience shows that the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry can not be separated from the support of productive services. However, the development of producer services in Yantai, Shandong Province has become a bottleneck in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, seriously restricting the future industrial competitiveness of Yantai manufacturing industry. Therefore, practical measures should be taken to speed up the development of Yantai’s producer services.
