为将高速列车乘客座椅舒适度影响因素中的定性问题进行综合定量评价与分析,以乘客的生理、安全、行为、心理和审美为出发点建立了基于乘客需求分析的高速列车乘客座椅舒适度评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析法构建了座椅舒适度的综合评价模型。在用户体验的基础上,以高速列车二等座椅的设计方案为例进行了舒适度综合评价分析和应用。结果表明:该评价模型能够有效针对不同列车座椅设计方案进行舒适度影响因素的比较和分析,为座椅的设计评估和企业的选型提供了可量化参考的依据。
In order to synthetically quantitatively evaluate and analyze the qualitative problems in the factors influencing comfort of high-speed trains, the passenger comfort of high-speed trains based on passenger demand analysis is established based on the passengers’ physiology, safety, behavior, psychology and aesthetics Evaluation index system, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to build a comprehensive evaluation model of seat comfort. Based on the user experience, taking the design of the second-class seat of high-speed train as an example, the comprehensive evaluation of comfort is analyzed and applied. The results show that the evaluation model can effectively compare and analyze the comfort factors of different train seat design schemes, and provide a basis for quantitative reference for the design evaluation of the seats and the selection of enterprises.
