针对多刚体动力学对偏载工况下铲运机计算困难的特点,提出采用以刚柔混合的多体动力学仿真来计算举升臂强度的思路。建模过程中,考虑到举升臂为柔性体,在ADAMS环境下进行刚柔混合动力学建模以获取更准确的载荷数据。并且,为了使2个举升油缸具有相同的举升力,根据杠杆原理对双油缸举升机构进行了简化。运用ANSYS对举升臂进行有限元分析并获得其应力分布状况。这为铲运机的改进设计提供了参考,同时也为同类产品的设计开发提供了一种有效途径。
In view of the characteristics of multi-body dynamics on the scraper in the partial load condition, the idea of calculating the strength of the lifting arm by multi-body dynamic simulation with rigid and flexible is proposed. In the modeling process, considering that the lifting arm is a flexible body, a rigid-flexible hybrid model is built under ADAMS environment to obtain more accurate load data. And, in order to make two lift cylinders have the same lifting force, the double cylinder lift mechanism is simplified according to the lever principle. ANSYS finite element analysis of the lifting arm and obtain the stress distribution. This provides a reference for the improvement design of the scraper and also provides an effective way for the design and development of similar products.
