２００１年９月６日和１３日,日本总务省消防厅和东京消防厅分别就“９·１”大火召开了成立研讨委员会后的第一次会议,总务省消防厅长官中川浩明和东京消防厅总监杉村哲也分别主持了这两次会议。
On September 6 and 13, 2001, the Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Fire Fighting Hall and the Tokyo Fire Fighting Hall held the first meeting after the founding of the Exploratory Committee on the “9.1” fire. Chiefs of General Affairs and Political Department Fire Department Chief Nakagawa Haman and Tokyo Fire Department Governor Sugimura chaired the two meetings respectively.
