为了解决极软特厚煤层高瓦斯综放面初采期间采空区瓦斯治理问题,通过分析研究朱仙庄矿8煤综放面采煤工艺和瓦斯赋存状况,提出了综放面初采期间利用高位钻孔、顺层钻孔、预抽排放钻孔和采空区插埋管抽采瓦斯防治技术,能有效解决特厚极软煤层高瓦斯综放面初采期间采空区瓦斯治理难题。经在矿井878综放面实施应用,验证了该防治技术的可行性和可靠性,实现特厚极软煤层高瓦斯综放面安全、高效回采,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of gas control in the goaf during the initial mining of the extremely thick coal seam with high gassy fully mechanized caving mining face, by analyzing the coal mining process and gas occurrence in the fully mechanized caving face of the 8th coal seam in Zhu Xianzhuang Coal Mine, High-level drilling, borehole drilling, pre-drainage holes and gas drainage pipe burying gas drainage technology can effectively solve the problem of gas control in goaf during the initial mining of high gassy fully mechanized caving mining face with ultra-thick soft seam. The feasibility and reliability of the prevention and control technology have been verified by the application in the 878 fully mechanized caving face of the mine to realize the safe and efficient recovery of the high gassy fully mechanized top coal caving face in the ultra-thick soft seam with good social and economic benefits.
