1979年全国性病毒性肝炎流行病学调查时,我省调查了5792人,检出HBsA g阳性者455例,阳性率为7.86％,分布特点是牧区高于农业区,农业区高于城市,少数民族高于汉族。经过四年的时间,这些阳性与阴性者发生了那些变化,有那些规律呢?我们于1983年10月至1984年1月,在西宁、乌兰、同德、贵南、互助、乐都、大通七县市对HBsAg阳性与阴性者进行了分组调查。结果如下:
