内河变吃水船的设计应综合多种因素来选择最大吃水值，本文推荐使用矩阵分析法来确定最优方案，并以澜沧江机动驳的设计来进一步说明该方法的运用。
The design of inland water-changing draft vessels should be based on a variety of factors to select the maximum draft value. In this paper, the matrix analysis method is recommended to determine the optimal scheme. The design of the mobile barge of Lancang River is used to further illustrate the application of this method.
