目的　对恶性疟原虫海南株的 MSP2基因进行分型和多态性分析。　方法　采用套式 PCR法特异扩增 MSP2基因的中间可变区 (第 3区 ) ,对 4 1株恶性疟原虫分离株进行基因分型 ,并对部分目的基因片段进行直接测序。　结果　 4 1份血样中有 39份共扩增得到 5 5个目的基因片段 ,以 3D7型为主 (2 8份血样 ,36个基因片段 ) ,两种等位基因家族混合感染的情况极少见。序列分析结果表明 ,海南省恶性疟原虫虫株的 MSP2中间重复序列区变异程度大。　结论　海南省恶性疟原虫的 MSP2以 3D7等位基因家族为主 ,且存在显著的多态性 Objective To analyze the typing and polymorphism of MSP2 gene in Plasmodium falciparum Hainan strain. Methods The nested variable region (region 3) of MSP2 gene was amplified by nested PCR, and 4 1 isolates of P. falciparum were genotyped and sequenced directly. Results 39 out of 41 blood samples were amplified and 5 5 target genes were amplified. The predominantly 3D7 type (28 blood samples and 36 gene fragments) were rare in the mixed infection of the two alleles . Sequence analysis showed that there was a large variation in MSP2 intermediate repeat region in Hainan Province. Conclusion MSP2 of Plasmodium falciparum in Hainan Province is dominated by the 3D7 allele and has significant polymorphism
