目的探讨凋亡抑制基因脆性组氨酸三连体基因(fragile histidine trisd,FHIT)及存活素(survivin)在宫颈尖锐湿疣及宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达水平,并对其表达水平进行比较分析。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测宫颈尖锐湿疣、宫颈鳞癌及正常宫颈组织的FHIT及survivin的表达水平各40例。结果 FHIT在尖锐湿疣中部分表达,显著高于宫颈鳞癌组,但明显低于正常宫颈组织,三组间阳性率的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);survivin在尖锐湿疣组织的表达水平显著高于正常宫颈组织,但显著低于宫颈鳞癌组,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FHIT失表达发生在宫颈鳞癌、宫颈尖锐湿疣,survivin在宫颈鳞癌中高表达,因此,FHIT及survivin联合检测可作为宫颈尖锐湿疣继发宫颈鳞癌的早期诊断方法之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of fragile histidine trisd (FHIT) and survivin in cervical condyloma acuminatum and cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and to analyze their expression levels. Methods The expression of FHIT and survivin in cervical condyloma acuminatum, cervical squamous cell carcinoma and normal cervical tissue were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method in 40 cases. Results The expression of FHIT in condyloma acuminatum was significantly higher than that in cervical squamous cell carcinoma but significantly lower than that in normal cervical tissue (P <0.01). The expression of survivin in condyloma acuminatum The levels were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissue, but significantly lower than those in cervical squamous cell carcinoma group (P <0.05). Conclusions The loss of FHIT expression occurs in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, cervical condyloma acuminatum and survivin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Therefore, combined detection of FHIT and survivin may be one of the early diagnostic methods of cervical squamous cell carcinoma of condyloma acuminatum.
