向日葵种子休眠与水分含量的关系及休眠的破除

为实现向日葵当年生产的种子当年利用或北方生产南方利用,探索如何在短期内打破休眠,本研究采用复因子正交试验法和单因子因素试验。结果显示,向日葵种子在自身含水量6%~7%时,经过20天后就可发芽,含水量在低于5.5%和高于7.5%时种子均休眠。对刚收获的种子,施以一定时间的低温处理,可以打破初次休眠,说明向日葵种子休眠与水分含量有一定的关系。
