建立国家基本药物政策是世界卫生组织(WHO)向各成员国推荐的方法,目的在于保证药品的可获得性、质量和合理使用。在分析我国推行基本药物政策存在的问题的基础上,采用实证分析法,借鉴WHO和其他国家基本药物政策的实施经验,从法律、制度和具体措施上,提出建立并完善我国国家基本药物政策的对策。 The establishment of a national essential drug policy is recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) to member countries in order to ensure the availability, quality and rational use of medicines.
