现代社会生活方式的改变要求改变传统的性别角色,培养双性化人格。双性化人格的培养目标就是要协调工具性功能与情绪性功能之间的关系,工具性功能与成就事业联系紧密,而情绪性功能则与人际适应具有高相关。这二者关系的协调不是在男性或女性身上不分主次的培养,更不是要消除性别差异,而是要从实际出发;而这个实际就是男女存在着生理因素的不同以及要与社会文化的发展进程相一致。双性化人格的的培养是受制于遗传和社会文化的。 Changes in the way of life in modern society require changes in traditional gender roles and bisexual personality.
