近年来,随着计算机技术和信息技术应用的不断深入,数字化技术在各个行业的运用日益广泛,也推动了档案事业的发展。《全国档案事业发展“十二五”规划》指出,要加强以计算机网络设备和数据库为主要内容的档案信息化基础建设,加快数字档案建设,推动传统载体档案的数字化。档案事业的“十二五”规划为今后档案工作指明了方向。新形势下,医院档案管理部门也要抓住医院档案事业发展的契机,积极采用新技术和新方法,以加快医院档案数字化建设步伐。
In recent years, with the deepening application of computer technology and information technology, digital technology has been widely used in various industries and has also promoted the development of archives. The National Archives Project’s 12th Five-Year Plan states that it is necessary to strengthen the information infrastructure of archives with computer network equipment and databases as the main contents, speed up the construction of digital archives and promote the digitization of traditional carrier files.
