ADI公司的Blackfin处理器集数字信号处理与微控制器功能于一身,具有广阔的应用前景。通过对NANDFlash芯片结构及应用方法的分析,提出了在Blackfin系统中应用NANDFlash构建嵌入式存储模块的实现方法,并对开发过程中ECC校验、坏块管理等几个关键的问题进行了探讨,实践证明方案切实可行,可以成为数字多媒体设备的一种解决方案。
Analog Devices’ Blackfin processor combines digital signal processing and microcontroller functions with broad application prospects. Through the analysis of NANDFlash chip structure and application method, this paper puts forward a method of constructing embedded memory module using NANDFlash in Blackfin system, and discusses several key issues such as ECC check and bad block management in the process of development, Practice has proved that the program is feasible and can become a solution to digital multimedia equipment.
