由于一些人类癌瘤(鼻咽癌、Burkitt瘤)细胞中存在EB病毒基因和患者血清中EB病毒抗体增高,EB病毒又能在狨虎猴诱发恶性淋巴瘤,EB病毒在鼻咽癌病因学上的作用引起了人们广泛的重视。近年研究表明:在携带EB病毒基因组的细胞中,都存在着EB病毒核抗原(EBNA),在鼻咽癌病人血清中,有该抗原的抗体。本实验应用多层免疫荧光技术,检测鼻咽癌组织中EBNA和血清抗体,从而研究鼻咽癌发生学及有关问题。
Because of the presence of EBV gene in some human cancer (nasopharyngeal cancer, Burkitt’s tumor) cells and increased Epstein-Barr virus antibody in patient’s serum, EB virus can induce malignant lymphoma in monkeys. Epstein-Barr virus is in the etiology of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The role of people has attracted widespread attention. Recent studies have shown that there are EB virus nuclear antigen (EBNA) in the cells carrying the EB virus genome, and antibodies to this antigen are present in the serum of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. In this experiment, multi-layer immunofluorescence technique was used to detect EBNA and serum antibodies in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues to study the occurrence and related problems of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
