G蛋白偶联受体激酶相互作用蛋白2(GIT2)是一类多结构域的信号支架蛋白。GIT2通过与不同蛋白质的相互作用调节细胞功能,主要参与整合素介导的细胞黏附、肌动蛋白细胞骨架组装以及胞内信号传递过程。GIT2在免疫系统中也扮演着重要角色,促进中性粒细胞趋化性,抑制其过度产生超氧化物,促进胸腺细胞的阳性选择和趋化性,抑制炎症性肠病,介导肝脏免疫性损伤,且GIT2敲除小鼠具有多种免疫缺陷症状。本文简述了GIT2在免疫体系中的调控作用。
G protein-coupled receptor kinase interacting protein 2 (GIT2) is a multi-domain signaling scaffold protein. GIT2 regulates cell function through its interaction with different proteins, and is mainly involved in integrin-mediated cell adhesion, actin cytoskeleton assembly, and intracellular signaling. GIT2 also plays an important role in the immune system, promoting neutrophil chemotaxis, inhibiting its excessive production of superoxide, promoting positive selection and chemotaxis of thymocytes, inhibiting inflammatory bowel disease, and mediating hepatic immunity Damage, and GIT2 knockout mice have a variety of immunodeficiency symptoms. This article briefly describes the regulatory role of GIT2 in the immune system.
