1.药品质量管理在医疗卫生工作中的地位和作用。 (1)技术意义 医疗卫生工作的根本目的是防病治病,保护人民健康。预防及时、诊断准确、治疗有效是实现该目的的基本要求。没有质量可靠的药品作为物质基础,预防、治疗、诊断将成为无本之木、无源之水,其防病治病目的就不可能实现。所以,加强药品质量管理既是提高药品质量的重要措施,也是提高医疗卫生
