本文介绍了光扫描诊断乳腺疾病的发展过程,总结了各种乳腺疾病尤其是乳腺癌的近红外线成像特点和诊断方法。通过与钼靶X线摄片对比,评价了近红外线扫描诊断乳腺癌的作用,提出了光扫描诊断乳腺疾病方面一些新的研究方向。光扫描是可以同钼靶X线互相补充并有可能在某些下面替代钼靶的较理想的乳腺肿瘤诊断方法。
This article describes the development of optical scanning for the diagnosis of breast diseases, and summarizes the characteristics and diagnostic methods of near-infrared imaging of various breast diseases, especially breast cancer. By comparing with mammography radiographs, the role of near-infrared scanning in the diagnosis of breast cancer was evaluated, and some new research directions in optical scanning for diagnosing breast diseases were proposed. Optical scanning is an ideal diagnostic method for breast tumors that can complement molybdenum target X-rays and possibly replace molybdenum targets in some of the following.
