研究了镁水泥混凝土在青海省公路工程中的应用,对镁水泥施工工艺进行了系统的研究,包括前期准备、施工过程和养生及质量检测。结果表明:施工温度的变化会影响氯化镁的浓度,进而造成配合比波动,镁水泥混凝土的施工工艺和普通混凝土相差不大,但由于其独特性,需重点关注施工关键控制点,如最大运输时间、最长铺筑时间、脱模时间以及养生方式等。通过试验路铺筑,对氯化镁的现场浓度波动进行了修正;建议在正常室温下,镁水泥混凝土运输时间不宜超过42 min,到铺筑完成不宜超过1 h,镁水泥混凝土拆模时间在室温下为6 h左右;氯氧镁水泥混凝土的养生采用室外薄膜养护为最佳。
The application of magnesium cement concrete in highway engineering in Qinghai Province was studied. The magnesium cement construction technology was systematically studied, including preliminary preparation, construction process, health monitoring and quality inspection. The results show that the change of construction temperature will affect the concentration of magnesium chloride, which will lead to the fluctuation of mixture ratio. The construction process of magnesium cement concrete is not much different from ordinary concrete.
