目的:对卫生监督体系多投入、多产出的变量进行综合分析,探讨结构方程模型在卫生监督领域的应用。方法:结构方程模型。结果:结构方程模型提示,资源配置正向影响能力建设,而能力建设又正向影响职能落实,通径系数分别为1.03和0.74;在现阶段,卫生监督机构的人员数量、人员素质和设备配置率等指标对机构资源配置水平的影响效应较大。结论:提示要加强卫生监督体系的建设,必须确保卫生监督的保障到位;同时提示结构方程模型可用来对卫生系统多变量间复杂关系的探讨。
OBJECTIVE: To make a comprehensive analysis of the multi-input and multi-output variables of health supervision system and to explore the application of structural equation model in the field of health supervision. Method: Structural Equation Model. Results: The structural equation model suggested that resource allocation positively affected capacity building, while capacity building positively affected the implementation of functions with the path coefficient of 1.03 and 0.74 respectively. At this stage, the number of health supervision agencies, staff quality and equipment allocation Rate and other indicators of the level of institutional resources allocation effect is greater. Conclusion: It is suggested that to strengthen the construction of health supervision system, it is necessary to ensure that health supervision is ensured. Simultaneously, it is suggested that the structural equation model can be used to explore the complex relationship between multivariate health systems.
