建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系,要重视和发挥查办案件的治本功能,更好地发挥其在惩防腐败体系建设中的重要作用。这既是坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防方针一项重要举措,也是查办违法违纪案件工作在认识与实践上的进一步升华。作为国企,查办案件不仅是维护企业健康发展的需要,也是推进企业和谐、快速发展的需要。
To establish and perfect a system of punishment and prevention of corruption that pays equal attention to both education, system and supervision, we must attach importance to and give play to the fundamental role of investigating and handling cases in order to better exert their important role in the construction of a system of punishment and prevention and corruption. This is not only an important measure of adhering to the principle of both a permanent cure and root cause, comprehensive treatment, simultaneous punishment and prevention, and paying attention to the precautionary approach, but also a further sublimation of the work of investigating and handling violations of laws and disciplines in knowledge and practice. As a state-owned enterprise, investigating and handling cases is not only the need to safeguard the healthy development of enterprises, but also the need to promote the harmonious and rapid development of enterprises.
