目的:观察葛根素磷脂复合物(Puerarin-phospholipid Complex,PPC)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌损伤的影响。方法:大脑中动脉栓塞法(MCAO)制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,采用“5分法”进行神经症状评分,用盐酸2,3,5-三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色法测定脑梗死百分比,用分光光度法测定脑组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:葛根素磷脂复合物能明显改善脑缺血再灌注后大鼠神经症状,明显减小脑梗死百分比,提高缺血脑组织SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量。结论:葛根素磷脂复合物对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤大脑具有显著的保护作用,其作用优于等剂量的葛根素,具有良好的新药开发前景。
Objective: To observe the effect of Puerarin-phospholipid Complex (PPC) on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: The model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats. CONCLUSION: The puerarin phospholipid complex has a significant protective effect on the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and its effect is better than that of puerarin at the same dosage. It has good prospects for the development of new drugs.
