随着国企深入改革以及社会经济体系的不断进步,科学的进行企业成本管理是水利水电企业全面实行增盈扭亏、经营体系改革的发展方向。由于水利水电工程企业承包建筑经济市场有着激烈的竞争,没有规范的运行,导致水利水电工程所获得的利润逐渐降低,因此,水利水电施工企业要想获得更快的发展,就要不断的加强施工企业的项目管理制度,注重工程成本控制的管理,为水利电力企业带来更好的社会效益以及经济效益。本文就水利水电工程的成本控制管理中面临的问题进行了简要的分析,并提出了解决成本控制管理的应对策略。

This article briefly analyzes the problems in the cost control management of water conservancy and hydropower project and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the cost control and management.
