晚餐与晚睡的时间间隔,可直接影响人的健康。但这一点仍未被大众所普遍认识。根据临床显示,泌尿系统结石、胃及十二指肠溃疡出血、肠癌、冠心病、高血压、神经衰弱等等泌尿、消化、循环、内分泌、神经系统疾病的发生与这一时间间隔有一定关系。
