2004年6月,青岛海湾集团所属企业青岛碱业与世界500强企业——日本住友商事株式会社达成合作,在青岛组建了双方首个合作项目——住商肥料(青岛)有限公司;2005年,住商肥料(青岛)有限公司正式开业;2008年,青岛碱业与住友商事会社签订佛山项目投资合同;2010年,佛山项目正式投建;2011年11月,佛山住商肥料有限公司正式开业。短短几年,住商肥料便成为中国脲甲醛复合肥领导者,并成为国内复合肥领军品牌之一。行业关注的不是住商肥料的发展速度,而是发展品质。有多个化肥生产企业老总问记者,我们要学习住商,应该学什么?记者回答三个字:差异化。
In June 2004, Qingdao Haoyuan Group, a subsidiary of Qingdao Gulf Group, reached a cooperation with Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation, the world’s top 500 enterprise, to set up Qingdao’s first cooperative project, Fertilizer & Fertilizer (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. In 2005, Business Fertilizer (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. officially opened; in 2008, Qingdao Soda Ash and Sumitomo Corporation signed a contract investment in Foshan project; 2010, Foshan project officially cast construction; November 2011, Foshan Commercial Fertilizer Co., Ltd. officially opened. In just a few years, residential fertilizer business has become China’s urea formaldehyde fertilizer leader, and become one of the leading brands of domestic compound fertilizer. Industry is not concerned with the development of fertilizer business, but the development of quality. There are a number of fertilizer production manager asked reporters, we have to learn business, what should we learn? The reporter answered three words: differentiation.
