近年来,网上开始出现了许多点评反馈类的网站,作为消费场所的剧院建筑也成为了点评对象。随着时间增长,在这些网站上积累的点评数据会越来越多,使得观众对剧场的评价情况能够更好地被我们了解。该文首次把大众点评网的点评数据与剧院使用后评价结合起来,并以武汉琴台大剧院为例,通过数据处理和分析,得到观众二个评价结果:关注度评价结果和满意度评价结果。最后,在结果分析基础上提出剧院设计的一些建议。
In recent years, there have been a lot of online feedback sites that have been reviewed, and the theater buildings as places of consumption have also become commentators. As time goes by, more and more review data will accumulate on these websites, so that audiences can better understand the evaluation of the theater. The article first reviews the review data from the public review network and the post-theater evaluation, and takes the Wuhan Qintai Grand Theater as an example. Through the data processing and analysis, the audience has two evaluation results: the attention evaluation result and the satisfaction evaluation result. Finally, based on the analysis of the results, some suggestions on theater design are put forward.
