人在呼吸过程中,将会产生呼吸音.呼吸音中包含大量与气道结构有关的信息.计算机及信号处理技术应用于呼吸音的定量分析,研究正常与异常呼吸音的特征及呼吸系统的声传递函数,为医师提供了一种简便、定量、客观、非侵损的某些呼吸功能障碍疾病的辅助诊断工具及呼吸生理研究手段.本文介绍了国内外近年来在呼吸音检测、分析及临床应用方面的发展情况.
