采用相同的预先热处理和回火工艺,以及常规淬火、亚温淬火、复合淬火三种不同的淬火工艺,对30Cr Ni3Mo Ti新型起重机械齿轮钢进行了热处理。并进行了显微组织观察,以及力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:与常规淬火相比,亚温淬火可在一定程度上改善其性能;复合淬火则可显著改善其力学性能和耐磨损性能,优化的淬火工艺为:(850±10)℃常规淬火后(770±10)℃亚温淬火的复合淬火,其抗拉强度增加35%、屈服强度增加45%、伸长率增加52%、冲击吸收功增加59%、磨损体积减小75%。
Using the same pre-heat treatment and tempering process, as well as conventional quenching, sub-temperature quenching, composite quenching three different quenching process, the 30Cr Ni3Mo Ti new lifting gear steel was heat-treated. The results show that compared with conventional quenching, sub-temperature quenching can improve its performance to a certain extent.
